UNL Richards Hall
Lincoln, NE
Richards Hall, constructed in 1908, served as the University’s Mechanical Engineering Laboratory until 1972, and housed several other programs for the next 25 years. In 1998, BVH was selected to design an $8.5M renovation to Richards Hall, converting it for use by the Department of Art and Art History. The project totally renovated the 65,000 SF Richards Hall, updating general classroom spaces and adding large capacity classrooms, lecture halls and art studios.
