This new residence hall is located on the campus of Western Nebraska Community College in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. The new hall will supplement an existing dormitory building which will be remodeled into single occupancy rooms when the new building is complete. All of the rooms are 4 person suites, containing two sleeping rooms shared by two occupants. Each sleeping room has a bathroom and the suite has a small common space for studying or socializing. The building also contains breakout/study rooms, computer labs, a classroom, laundry rooms and student lounges. The building is 2-stories tall and approximately 45,000 SF and contains 150 beds.
