The new 1000 student Middle School for Fremont Public Schools consists of three learning centers, each learning center consisting of nine general classrooms and three science rooms. Each learning center is organized around an educational core consisting of computer lab, resource area, teacher work center, small conference room, two small group gathering areas, activity area, custodial and restrooms facilities. Each learning center has direct access to shared facilities including the learning resource center, art, foreign language, and family consumer science. Entry to the building leads directly to a large commons area. Adjacent to the commons area is the administrative areas, music, food services and physical education. The facility also includes industrial technology labs and outside teaching space.
