Sioux City Public Museum

The Sioux City Public Museum has been a local and regional attraction since its inception. Located in the historic Pierce Mansion, the museum has outgrown its existing facility. BVH and our team members, Hilferty and Neumann Monson Wictor, are developing a master plan and renovation plans to adapt the museum into an existing structure in downtown Sioux City. This new 45,000 gsf museum will allow it to expand its offerings, create a regional destination, showcase more of its collections, and consolidate the collections and archive under one roof.
Design phases are currently underway with construction anticipated for late 2007 and opening in 2008.
