Production/design experience in preparation and layout of architectural contract documents and specifications. Coordinate the efforts of a multi-disciplined team throughout the design development and contract document phases of a project. Establish client and internal meetings as well as participate in meetings/reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance. Responsible for coordination of workload through construction document phase to complete documents on schedule. Review architectural documents for areas of conflict with all disciplines. Provide, on an 'as needed' basis, construction contract administration.
Bachelor or Masters Degree in Architecture. Professional architectural registration; Nebraska registration preferred. 5+ years of experience preferred. Strong knowledge of codes and good planning and management skills. Interested in working on a variety of assignments and project teams. CAD experience (Microstation or AutoCad.) Experience with BIM a plus.
