Technical Support Specialist, Lincoln

Organized, fast learning people-person, capable of communicating technical issues to non-technical users. Some desktop support, as well as ability to work with all facets of our company's computer networks and diagnose network hardware and software issues quickly and efficiently for two office locations.

Knowledge of operating characteristics, capabilities, limitations and service requirements of personal computers and related peripheral equipment.

Two years of experience in technical support for personal computers hardware and software systems, utilizing networks. Associate Degree and/or Technical Certification preferred.
