Bahr Vermeer Haecker Architects has been commissioned to provide site planning and design services for a planned new urbanism neighborhood in Lincoln, Nebraska. Located on 300 acres of land at 56th Street and Pine Lake Road, the property is currently utilized as a landscape nursery and retail center for the Campbell family.
BVH is part of the collaborative design team to develop schematic design packages for all single family and multi-family residential, retail, and commercial buildings in the development. Still in the early planning phase, this could involve designs of over 20 different exterior design plans.
