• lincoln, nebraska, june 20, 2007: Bahr Vermeer Haecker Architects is moving its Lincoln studio. Effective June 25, the new address is 440 North 8th Street, Ste. 100 in Lincoln.

• The new studio is located in the renovated Sawmill Building, at the edge of downtown Lincoln’s historic Haymarket and at the doorsteps of the future Nebraska Sports Triangle.

• BVH served as architects for the renovation design of the Sawmill Building, home to 7 new tenants. Owners of the building are the Sawmill Partnership; Developer was WRK, LLC; General Contractor was the Weitz Company.
  
  
• The building was designed for Certification by the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System™.
